We run DELL PowerEdge Servers exclusively, over a Gigabit network, for maximum efficiency and reliability. All our servers have built-in redundancy. What does this mean? Each server features multiple components that perform the same task. If one component chooses to fail, its matching component picks up the current load instantly. This type of configuration is designed to eliminate downtime due to hardware failures. Dual processors, dual power supplies, RAID arrays, and redundant memory helps us provide a superb hosting experience.

All machines run Windows Server 2003 Enterprise Edition (Microsoft's latest and most advanced Operating System for demanding environments); providing a proven platform for reliability, scalability, and flexibility. Each is connected to an Uninteruptable Power Supply (UPS) unit, which instantly carries the load during a power failure. Diesel generators also stand by in the unlikely event of extended blackouts, providing a solid foundation for your Internet presence. The Small Print: All Hosting Services provided by Sevenate are "by invitation only". In an effort to keep our systems running as efficiently and stable as possible, we do not open up our machines to just any joe-schmoe nerd claiming they are a "programmer". Prospective clients with existing sites will require a code review by our in-house programing team. We will not risk compromising the hosting experience of our current clients by allowing "bad code" to be executed on our systems. If we are handling your web development, however, then you have nothing to fear, and everything to gain. ;-)
